What we collect
When you book online we collect your name, email address, phone number, and any note you choose to add. We collect only what is needed to schedule and confirm your appointment. We do not run advertising trackers, analytics beacons, or social media pixels on this site.
Where it's processed
- Square: Booking details and your contact information are stored in Square's Customer Directory, and payments are processed by Square. Card details are encrypted by Square and never touch our servers; we never see or store your full card number.
- Cloudflare: This website is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes the technical request data needed to deliver pages reliably and securely (standard web-server logs such as IP address and request metadata).
How we use it
- Scheduling, confirming, and reminding you about appointments
- Handling payments, receipts, cancellations, and rescheduling
- Answering your questions when you contact us
We do not sell your information or share it for marketing by others. ◆ If appointment reminder emails/SMS preferences should be opt-in or have specific wording, Erika to confirm.
Keeping & controlling your data
Customer records live in Square's systems while they are useful for scheduling and legitimate business records. You can ask us to update or delete your information (subject to records we must legally keep, such as payment/transaction history) by contacting us.
